Fred Nohr - Office Manager / Accountant

Fred Nohr joined the Smith Realty team in 2011 and has over 40 years of experience in finance and management. Fred majored in business administration and accounting at San Diego State University, and has lived in Marina for over 35 years with his wife Judy.

They enjoy spending time with their two grown sons, daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren who live in the area. Fred’s background includes working as a financial manager for local government agencies in both Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties, including social services, health, finance, and law enforcement departments. Most recently he worked as a program analyst for a non-profit student assistance program in Watsonville.

Fred has been an active member of the community, volunteering his services to local programs including Marina Pony Baseball, SCRAMP, and the Kinship Center. Fred’s hobbies include traveling, long-distance bicycling, driving his sports car, and playing with his Australian Terriers.
